Not for Rental

Not for Rental is a project organised by Timba Smits and The Church of London. Over 200 illustrators and designers have each created an image based upon a film that is then displayed as the sleeve in a vhs video box. The boxes are on display at the 71a Gallery on Leonard Street, London which looks just like an old fashioned video shop. The only rule of the project is that the title of the film cannot be used on the cover. Heres my contribution which is screenprinted straight on to the box.
All the work is for sale on the 13th July with proceeds going to charity. Theres more details on the website here

I've made a batch of 12 Downhill from Here signs. They are screenprinted onto plywood with an acrylic varnished surface. Each one is signed and numbered. I've got a couple on my site here, but you can also buy them from No Walls in Brighton, Soma is Bristol and Hornseys in Ripon. The sign has also been shortlisted for the AOI (Association of Illustrators) Illustration Awards. The winners will be announced in October at Somerset House.
